    “Stack Up! Outback!” Gift Redemption Campaign – Terms and Conditions

    “Stack Up! Outback!” Gift Redemption Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Outback Steakhouse Hong Kong (“Organizer”). By participating in this campaign, participants read and accept to be bound by Terms and Conditions for Gift Redemption, General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as agree that the organizer can collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. How to participate:
    1. Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. (There are 1500 steak knives and 1000 beer glasses available)
    2. This campaign is only applicable in Outback Steakhouse stores in Hong Kong SAR. Outback locations can be found at the following website: https://www.outback.com.hk/locations?lang=en
    3. Participants must follow the instructions to participant in the campaign:
    4. - Log in to Outback member account on event page and collect a stamp by scanning the QR code on the receipt - Customers can collect one stamp per visit and redeem an Outback gift at redemption center after they collect four stamps. The gift will be a steak knife or beer glass. - QR codes on receipts can be scanned once only and cannot be reused. - To collect points and a stamp at the same time, please log in to event page and scan the QR code on the receipt. The points will be credited to your account automatically. - If customers use the Outback mobile app to scan the QR code, only points will be credited. The QR code will no longer be available for stamp collection. - Two QR codes can be scanned per day. Only one QR code can be scanned every two hours.

    Terms and Conditions for Gift Redemption:

    1. Gifts can be redeemed at the following redemption centers from October 22, 2019 to February 22, 2020.

    3. Gift can only be redeemed once per membership account.
    4. Fours stamps on event page and all Outback receipts must be presented for gift redemption. Screen capture is not accepted.
    5. Organizer reserves the right of final decision on whether the event website and the receipt are in compliance with the terms and conditions for gift redemption.
    6. Any customers who submit false or misleading information for redemption will be disqualified without prior notice.
    7. Participant who registered successfully must redeem the gift at redemption center within designated period and provide identification documents for verification. The prize will be forfeited automatically if there is any discrepancy between the provided information and the identification documents/event page/receipt, or if the participant fails to collect the prize within the designated period.
    8. If participant who registered successfully authorized someone to collect the prize, the authorized person must provide the copies of the participants’ HKID card, event page and original receipt for verification, as well as authorized persons’ HKID and contact number for registration.
    9. Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
    10. Gift cannot be returned or replaced. The organizer shall not be responsible for any damages, losses or stolen items.

    General Terms and Conditions:

    1. All participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid identification document issued by Hong Kong SAR.
    2. References to time and dates in all terms and conditions, announcements and notices are to Hong Kong time and dates.
    3. Gift photos are for reference only. The real object should be considered as final. The gift is not transferable, not exchangeable, not for sale and not exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
    4. The gift under the Campaign is not produced by the organizer, therefore the organizer does not take responsibility for the gift, including but not limited to the supply, quality and/or related services of the gift. If the gift manufacturer is unable to supply the above gifts as scheduled, the organizer reserves the right to delay the gift redemption date and provide alternative gifts.
    5. Organizer reserves the right to change or remove any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    6. In case of any dispute arising from the Campaign, the decision of organizer shall be final. Participants should respect the decision of the organizer and raise no objection to the organizer’s decision.

Employees who violate Outback’s customer privacy safeguards are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
