From December 16, 2024, to January 31, 2025, customers can earn lucky draw entries for every net spending of HKD 250 at any Outback Steakhouse location. Spend HKD 500 to earn two entries, and so on. There is no limit to the number of entries per transaction. After completing your payment, simply use the Outback mobile app to enter the draw and get your results instantly!

“Outback 25th Anniversary - A Journey of Flavors Lucky Draw” – Terms & Conditions

1. Trade Promotion Competition Licence No.: 59485.
2. The Lucky Draw is organized by Outback Steakhouse Hong Kong (Outback). Participants will complete on a voluntary basis, and Outback shall not be liable for any legal responsibilities or claims incurred by the Lucky Draw and its prizes.
3. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions stated. Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in the disqualification of the participant. Terms and Conditions are accessible via the Outback mobile app and website.
4. For every HK$250 net spending in a single transaction at Outback Steakhouse Hong Kong, participant will be entitled for one lucky draw entry. Only net spending, excluding discounts and purchase of coupons, applies toward the HK$250 minimum. Participant will be entitled for two lucky draw entries for every HK$500 net spending in a single transaction, three lucky draws for every HK$750 net spending in a single transaction and so on. No maximum number of lucky draw entries for a single transaction.
5. This lucky draw is only applicable for transactions made at Outback Steakhouse Hong Kong branches. Transactions via other food ordering platforms are not eligible for the lucky draw.
6. This lucky draw is conducted exclusively through the Outback mobile APP. Participants must either be a valid Outback VIP Club member or an Outback Prestige Club member and must complete the below steps to enrol into the Lucky Draw:
      i. During the campaign period, spend a minimum of HK$250 net in a single transaction at Outback Steakhouse Hong Kong, either dine-in or takeaway. Login to the Outback mobile APP with Outback membership number.
      ii. Upon completion of payment, participant will automatically receive a notification to enter into the lucky draw.
      iii. In the Outback mobile APP, press “ENTER LUCKY DRAW” button on the screen to accept the lucky draw Terms and Conditions.
      iv. Based on the transaction record, the number of lucky draw entries will be shown on screen. Press “LUCKY DRAW CHANCE TO WIN” button on the screen to activate one lucky draw. Prize will be shown on screen instantly. Participant can press “LUCKY DRAW CHANCE TO WIN” button on the screen again to make another lucky draw, and so on, should there be more than one lucky draw entry.
      v. This lucky draw is conducted exclusively through our Outback mobile app. To participate, please ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
7. Participant must enrol the lucky draw within seven days of the transaction. Late enrolment will not be accepted. If technical issues prevent timely enrolment, participants may contact customer support for assistance within the eligibility period.
8. Outback is not responsible for any matter concerning submission delay, loss, or any information transmission error due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
9. A total of 33,371 prizes include:

10. The Lucky Draw will be commenced on 16th December 2024. The last day for transaction to be eligible for lucky draw will be on 31st January 2025.
11. The prizes will be drawn randomly by a computer system. Participant will be notified instantly of the prize(s) after the completion of the enrolment as listed in item 7 above.
12. All prizes will be issued as e-rewards. The prize(s), if any, will be added to the REWARD WALLET in the Outback Hong Kong mobile APP, which belongs to the participant. Prizes in the REWARD WALLET must be redeemed within 60 days of issuance or as otherwise specified.
13. The competition conclusion statement will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 13th February 2025 as well as Outback Hong Kong website.
14. All winners will be notified of the redemption details on or before 10th February 2025 to their membership registered email address. If any winner fails to redeem the prize according to the instructions stated in the email, the winner will be disqualified without further notice, and the prize will be considered forfeited. Outback reserves the right to verify the winners by checking the Hong Kong Identity Card on the prize redemption.
15. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other goods.
16. All enquiries for the Lucky Draw should be directed to marketing@outback.com.hk.
17. The personal data of all participants will be kept confidential by Outback. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants automatically permit Outback to use their personal data for direct marketing purposes. If the participant does not agree with Outback to use their personal data, the request should go to marketing@outback.com.hk.
18. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
19. In case of any disputes, Outback reserves the right of final decision.
