WE ARE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE

We are an Australian-inspired steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. The “Outback” is a vast, remote area of natural beauty in Australia. Its gorgeous landscapes inspire Outback's down-to-earth, “no worries” attitude. 
We pride ourselves on serving up a wide variety of innovative creations, bold flavors and traditional classics, with only the finest ingredients and original recipes selected. Our chefs understand the nuances of beef and are expertly trained to prepare a perfect steak. It is how Outback delivers a great tasting steak, every time. Our unbeatable steak cuts are complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood, and pasta, served in generous portions and set at a price for everyone to enjoy.

At Outback Steakhouse, our attitude towards life is down-to-earth, laid-back, “no worries”. Our attitude toward food is another story. It's a story about big, bold flavors, a story about quality, consistency and preparation.

STEAK DONE RIGHT

We carefully select the very best cuts of outstanding quality beef from the USA and Australia to deliver a steak that is the star of our kitchen. We take aging of our steaks very seriously. Each cut is aged until it reaches optimal tenderness. This process helps unlock the natural juices in the steak, gently breaking down the muscle fibers and giving it the flavor you love.  

MADE FRESH TO ORDER

We take great pride in serving the highest-quality food possible. Every day we start out fresh, making each of our soups, toasted hand-cut croutons, salad dressings and sauces from scratch. At Outback Steakhouse, it's all about quality — and all about the food.

WE CARE

Outback Steakhouse takes great pride in giving back. We have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life in our communities of the countries and regions that we operate in.
In 2018, we supported “No Tissue Day”, initiated by Christian Family Service Centre and The Chief Project. All outlets in Hong Kong ceased to provide tissues and paper napkins for customers on April 26, 2018. Through participating in the campaign, we aim to encourage people in a habit of using less tissues and play a part in reducing waste. We also promoted “No Tissue Day” in our outlets for three additional months to encourage the public to change their habits and reduce the amount of tissues they use. 
We are proud to participate in a variety of events and activities in Hong Kong, including the “Room to Read”, which raised US$20,000 to build a new “Outback – Room to Read Library” for schools, the Orbis Darkness To Go, the Orbis Walkathon, the So Walk Walkathon by The Society Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, the HKIS School fair, the Matilda Sedan Chair run and the Peak School fair. Donation raised proceed to respective charities and organizations.
