Ricky became Managing Partner of Outback after working at Outback for over 13 years. Before joining Outback, he worked at a French restaurant and an American steak house starting as a waiter and has over 17 years of experiences in the food and beverage industry.

What attracted you to work at Outback?

 I enjoy new challenges and adventure every day! Outback cultivates talents in the food and beverage industry through comprehensive training, including familiarizing employees with different positions of operation, restaurant management and operation skills, as well as providing various opportunities for employees to develop our strengths. Also, Outback provides employees with great training resources, and encourages us to keep progressing in our careers.

What does ‘No Rules, Just Right’ philosophy mean to you personally?

It's a mutually beneficial concept. When customers are willing to voice their requirements and comments on our food and services, it also means that they value the dining experience at Outback. We care about what our customers want, and we are committed to meet their needs. Through communication with our customers, we get to understand their preferences and expectations. We will try our best to tailor our food and services within the framework of our menu.

What is your favorite Outback menu dish?

My favorite dish at Outback is the Spicy Fried Wings. The tender deep-fried chicken wings are served with savory blend of secret spices and paired with our cool blue cheese dressing. It’s such an unforgettable flavor. I always recommend this finger-licking dish to our customers to share this deliciousness.

What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?

I love traveling to discover local cuisines, as well as experiencing local food culture in different countries. Also, I enjoy relaxing with my cats.
