Andy holds a Certificate in Business Administration and Hotel Management. He has worked at Outback for over 11 years; his first job with the company was a trainer and bartender at Outback Nathan Road, and then moved to a management role at Outback Tuen Mun Town Plaza. In 2015, he joined Outback MOKO, and is now the Managing Partner.
What attracted you to work at Outback?
Outback is a "people-oriented" company that provides great training for every employee and gives them plenty of room and opportunities to advance. In addition, Outback’s relaxing working environment and our principle of always looking to improve our offerings are what attracted me to work here.
What does “No Rules, Just Right” philosophy mean to you personally?
We strive our best to cater to the needs and tastes of every customer, and provide services that exceed their expectations.
How would you like to be remembered by customers?
I hope that customers have a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience every time they visit Outback. I would like them to be impressed with how enthusiastic, professional and sincere our staff are.
What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
My favorite dish is "USDA Slow Roasted Prime Rib". The dish is only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. It requires five hours of slow roasting – this amount of time ensures its fabulous taste and flavour.
What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
I like to read and to cook with my family in my free time. I’m always looking for ideas on how to improve our service at Outback by visiting different restaurants where I can observe their business operations and management.
