Amanda has over 18 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and she has worked at several American style restaurants. She always keeps positive and optimistic working attitude and is now the Managing Partner of Outback Park Central.
What attracted you to work at Outback?
The core values of Outback are what attracts me most. Key to these values is the focus on maintaining a good relationship with customers, employees, vendors and the community in which we operate. Supporting “No Tissue Day” is a good example of the sustainablility initiatives conducted with the local community.

What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
My favorite dish is "Tomahawk Pork Chop". The taste is so delicious with delicate and tender meat. More importantly, it is made by our chef with heart.
What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
