With more than 20 years’ experience in the F&B business, Kris is now the Managing Partner of Olympian City outlet. He joined Outback two years ago and is known for his positive working attitude and passion for customer service.

What attracted you to work at Outback?

Outback has a steady development structure, good working prospects and comfortable working environment. Teammates are like family: we “work hard and play hard” together, and this makes me feel at home.

What does ‘No Rules, Just Right’ philosophy mean to you personally?

Satisfying our customers’ needs as best we can, even if what they want is off the menu. We will try our best to help customers enjoy good food and the best customer experience.

How would you like to be remembered by customers?

I hope customers can enjoy the warmest dining experience here at Outback. I believe the smiles and professional service provided by our team makes Outback feel like their second home.

What is your favorite Outback menu dish?

My favourite dish is “Aussie Cheese Fries”, the melted mixed cheese flavours, served with a cold beer is the best match ever!

What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?

I love all kinds of sports, but the best hobby definitely must be taking care of my lovely family. Even though I spend quite a lot of time at work, they totally understand my duties and are proud of me!
