Jovi studied hospitality in the U.K. and has over 20 years of experiences in the food and beverage industry, with a certificate in Hospitality and Catering. He has worked at numerous Outback locations, and recently joined Outback Citygate Outlets as their Managing Partner.

Outback is a corporation with a heart. The company treats its staff and customers with respect, and always pursues high quality in food.
What does ‘No Rules, Just Right’ philosophy mean to you personally?
To always try our best in serving the customers. There is no limit in quality service!
How would you like to be remembered by customers?
I am a talkative person who loves chatting with customers. I hope they remember that our team is welcoming and always smiling.
What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
My favorite dish is Filet and Grilled Lobster Tail, one of our Surf & Turf Combos. I am a sporty person and I love running on land and doing water sports, so I very much like the dish. More importantly, it’s delicious, and you get to try two tasty things in one!
What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
I love travelling and trying new food. I visit Thailand almost every year because it is a great place with friendly people and delicious food. As I studied in the UK, I also love going back too!
