Ting Tsang has been working in Outback for nine years. Ever since she started her journey with Outback as a bartender, she has loved the warm and welcoming environment of Outback and is full of enthusiasm for her work. Her passion has made up the Managing Partner of Outback Telford Plaza.
What attracted you to work at Outback?
Outback is a big family. Everyone shares the same beliefs and shows a strong sense of belonging. Every member feels comfortable while working and, most importantly, enjoys the home-like and fun ambience created by Outback. Outback’s culture, standards and aims vividly match my own.
What does “No Rules, Just Right” philosophy mean to you personally?
This philosophy is unique to Outback and is the main reason why Outback is so special and well-known. We care about our customers and treasure ideas given by them, hence we emphasize providing them with personalized service and leaving with unforgettable dining memories.
How would you like to be remembered by customers?
We show our passion, sincerity and kindness to every customer. At the same time, we hope our customers can sit back and relax, allowing them to feel at home and develop a sense of belonging. We also enjoy having conversations with customers and respect all opinions given to improve our service.
What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
Chocolate Thunder From Down Under is definitely my first choice. Most women, including myself, are a fan of sweets and dessert! The perfect combination of the temperature and the texture are what impress and fascinate me the most. Whenever I feel stressed or upset, just one bite will cheer me up.
What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
If time allows, I enjoy travelling a lot, otherwise I enjoy visiting new and popular restaurants in Hong Kong as well. Travelling not only gives me an exclusive experience of a country, I can always learn and gain experience from the service and food provided, which I can then bring and apply back in Outback.
