Eva has worked at Outback for 17 years, and 20 years total in the food and beverage industry. She finds inspiration in new recipes, and takes wine and cocktail classes in her spare time. She is currently the Managing Partner of Outback Wanchai.
What attracted you to work at Outback?
The working atmosphere is fun and the staff is very motivated. I also see a lot of growth potential both locally and globally.
What does ‘No Rules, Just Right’ philosophy mean to you personally?
It applies to both the staff and the customers. For example, we could make a vegetarian dish out of the menu if a customer doesn’t eat meat.
How would you like to be remembered by customers?
I always remind my staff to smile at the customers and show them how excited we are to serve them. I hope they remember my genuine smile, passion and hospitality.
What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
The new Black Label Prime Steak! It is a premium quality beef with an affordable price, because we always give our customers the best!
What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
I spend most of my time taking care of my sons. I have learned a lot about taking care of people from them.
