Patrick joined Outback as a waiter in 2014. He has worked in Outback for over 8 years, and he is now the Managing Partner of Outback Tsim Sha Tsui Centre in TST East.
What attracted you to work at Outback?
Outback provides full training and support for all positions. I appreciate and enjoy the opportunities for training and learning. Also, Outback’s friendly working environment means I get along with my colleagues like a family.
What does ‘No Rules, Just Right’ philosophy mean to you personally?
To my mind, this is a unique concept that allows us to enjoy greater freedom and flexibility in meeting customers’needs while achieving Outback's high service standards. It empowers the team to deliver attentive service to our customers.
How would you like to be remembered by customers?
As someone who enjoys indulging our customers within the warm Outback atmosphere through high quality cuisine, and builds strong teams who always have the essential welcoming smiles.

I love to remind our team that customers appreciate teamwork instead of individualism, and hope our team actively engage with the customers to understand their needs and feedback in order to provide an unforgettable dining experience.

What is your favorite Outback menu dish?
My favorite Outback dish is "USDA Slow Roasted Prime Rib". This dish is limited to dinner on Friday to Sunday and festivals. From the careful selection of finest ingredients to the rigorous slow-roasted process, we strive our best to serve customers with the perfect steak. This dish has long become one of the most popular dishes appreciated by the customers because of its well-marbled, juicy, tender, and flavorful texture.
What hobbies or special interests do you pursue in your leisure time?
I enjoy watching movies and football matches.
