Outback Steakhouse is introducing its Summer Fiesta limited-time menu, featuring three new seasonal dishes across salad, pasta, and dessert. The menu brings together refreshing flavours, rich cheesy indulgence, and a dessert made with Outback’s signature Bushman Bread, offering guests more choices to enjoy this summer.
The Italian Fresh Burrata Arugula Salad with Pesto Balsamic Glaze features arugula, creamy burrata, pesto, and balsamic glaze for a refreshing and flavourful summer option.
The Lava “Parmigiano Reggiano” Spaghetti with Grilled Scallops is designed for sharing between two guests. Featuring grilled scallops, spaghetti, and rich cheese flavours, the dish offers a hearty and satisfying pasta option.
The Bushman Bread Banana Split is made with Outback’s signature Bushman Bread and served with ice cream, pistachio pieces, cherries, and chocolate elements, creating a warm-and-cold dessert experience for the season.
