Outback membership points follow a fixed expiry cycle and expire on 31 March and 30 September each year.

In addition, redeemed reward coupons are valid for 90 days. Members are encouraged to redeem their rewards first and use the coupons within the validity period.

In the past, we have received requests from members asking for points validity to be extended after expiry, with some members stating that they had not received prior notice. To help more members take note in advance, we have issued reminders through different channels and made every effort to notify members to redeem their rewards before the expiry date. If members submit requests to extend the validity of expired points only after the expiry date, we may not be able to accept such requests. Members are therefore kindly reminded to check in advance and redeem their rewards as early as possible.
